Brightway Logistics LLC is a licensed and bonded auto transport broker. We do not ship physical goods. Instead, we provide a service: we arrange vehicle shipping by matching your order with a vetted, insured motor carrier in our network and coordinating your vehicle's transport from pickup to delivery. This policy explains how that service is delivered and the typical timing involved.

How Our Service Is Delivered

After you book, our team sources and vets a suitable carrier for your route, confirms pricing and scheduling, and coordinates the pickup and delivery of your vehicle. The assigned carrier performs the physical transport. Your service is considered fulfilled when your vehicle is delivered to the agreed destination and inspected at drop-off.

Service Area

We arrange transport throughout the contiguous United States. Shipments to or from Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations may be available on request and are quoted individually.

Order Processing & Carrier Assignment

We begin sourcing a carrier as soon as your order is confirmed. A carrier is typically assigned within 1–5 business days, depending on your route, vehicle, time of year, and current carrier availability. You will be notified once a carrier is assigned and dispatched.

Pickup Timing

Once a carrier is assigned, pickup is generally scheduled within 1–7 days of your first available date. The carrier or our dispatch team will contact you to confirm the pickup window and coordinate logistics directly.

Estimated Transit & Delivery Times

Once your vehicle is picked up, estimated transit times are approximately:

  • Up to 500 miles: 1–3 days
  • 500–1,000 miles: 2–4 days
  • 1,000–2,000 miles: 3–6 days
  • 2,000+ miles (cross-country): 6–10 days

These are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Actual timing can be affected by distance, weather, road conditions, seasonal demand, and carrier scheduling.

Delivery & Fulfillment

Vehicles are delivered door-to-door where access allows, or to an agreed nearby location or terminal. At delivery, you (or your representative) should inspect the vehicle and note its condition before signing. The remaining balance, if any, is paid to the carrier at delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Tracking & Communication

You can reach our team at any time for status updates by phone or email, and we proactively notify you of any material change to your pickup or delivery schedule.

Delays

If a delay occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and work to find the best available solution. Estimated dates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
